Ply is free to download and use. Ply AI starts with a 7-day free trial of Ply Pro, so you can see whether it’s right for you before you pay anything.

The short version

  • Ply Pro payments are non-refundable, including partial months.
  • The free trial costs nothing. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
  • Cancel anytime, and you won’t be charged again. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

No refunds

Because you can try Ply Pro for 7 days at no cost, all Ply Pro payments are final. We don’t offer refunds or credits for the first payment, renewals, or partial months.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Ply’s Settings or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future charges, and Ply Pro keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Everything else in Ply keeps working after that.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, write to support@getply.app and we’ll put it right.

Your legal rights

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. See also our Terms of Service and Paddle’s buyer terms.
